Chera Mann, LCSW

The most common reason that people seek out a therapist is because they feel stuck and can’t find a way to change things. As a therapist, I am committed to working with children and adults to help them find and solve the real reasons that they are feeling stuck. Together in therapy, we will uncover the root of the problem so that when change happens things never go back to the way they were before. Whether you or your child have past trauma, depression, anxiety, behaviors that are difficult to control, or current life situations that are holding you back I am here to be your ally. As a compassionate therapist, I will help you to feel comfortable and accepted while helping push you to become your best self and get the life you want and deserve.

In addition to EMDR, I am trained in DBT, Trust-Based Relational Interventions to treat attachment problems, and mindfulness-based approaches to help you maximize the enjoyment that can be found in life. I believe that hope and healing are always possible- you just have to have the right tools and the right support.
